01. Highranks are a privilege and require responsibility as they are in charge of maintaining their clans. It is mandatory for them to log on twice a week and partake in two threads each month. An activity check for both highranks and members will be held every month as well to clear out inactive positions or accounts. If you wish to be excused from an activity check, PM brissa ♥ two weeks before it is posted. Activity checks are posted on the 1st of each month.
02. Leaders and deputies are to attend gatherings on the last week of each month. If a leader has been excused or is absent, the deputy will take over. In turn, medicine cats must attend a half-moon meeting every month.
03. The deputy suceeds the leader if the character is killed off, goes inactive or risks demonation. Auditions for a new deputy are then reopened.
04. You may have one leadership role such as a leader or deputy and one medicine cat role. Although they cannot be in the same clan
05. Highranks are not staff positions, therefore they do not receive staff powers such as the ability to edit threads and etc. They have IC power over their clans but not over the members themselves
